The CaterZen Loyalty Program is an easy way that you can add value to your client’s experience and also to ensure their return business. This article will show you how to add someone to your loyalty program. 


There are two ways to add someone to your loyalty program. 


Adding Client From Your CRM:


1. After logging into your CaterZen account, go to the CRM tab. 




2. Search for the client, then click on their name.




3. Scroll down to the Loyalty Program settings and put a check mark into the box that says "Add to Loyalty Program?"




4. Here you can also adjust or change the earning rates for this particular client. Otherwise, your default settings will appear.




5. Click Save Contact.




The other way you can add someone to the Loyalty Program is in the Loyalty Program Dashboard. 


Adding Client In the Loyalty Program Dashboard:


1. After logging into your CaterZen account, go to the Marketing tab.




2. Click Loyalty and Referral Program.




3. Click "Add New Member"




4. Search for the client's name or email address, then select them from the results.




5. Here you can also adjust or change the earning rates for this particular client. Otherwise, your default settings will appear.




6. Click "Save This Information".
