To ensure your business emails sent through the CaterZen system land in your clients' inboxes, not their junk or spam folders, setting up a DKIM record is key. This guide will show you how to send emails from your own business domain (like 'avi@houstonbbq.com') using DKIM to improve deliverability and trust with email providers.

A DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Record helps protect email senders and recipients from spam, spoofing, and phishing. It involves adding a digital signature to the emails you send out, like a digital seal of authenticity for your business emails.

When an email sent through the CaterZen server domain (restaurantcateringsystems.com) doesn't match the domain in the "From Email" domain (e.g. avi@houstonbbq.com), the email can appear spammy to email service providers like Gmail and Yahoo.
