In this article you will learn how to set up a 'From Email' that will enhance the deliverability of emails you send through the CaterZen system.

In order to reduce the chances of emails sent through CaterZen landing in your clients' junk or spam folders, it's essential to ensure the email sender's domain (the website of the "From" email address) matches the sending server's domain (i.e. our software website, restaurantcateringsystems.com).

When an email's "From" address domain (which is typically your website, like avi@houstonbbq.com) and the actual sending server's domain (e.g. restaurantcateringsystems.com) do not match, email providers like Gmail and Yahoo may flag these emails as potential spam.

You would still be able to receive email replies to your email address by adding it to the "Reply To Email", which is separate from the "From Email".

Here is a video on how to set up your "From Email".
