You will need to access the admin area of the tool that manages the DNS records of your custom domain (e.g. jackstackbbq.com). You'll need to add a TXT record, and copy the info provided by the CaterZen system. The "hostname" and "value" in the TXT record is like a username and password.
The most common place to access a domain's DNS would be a domain registrar, like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Namecheap.
Besides a domain registrar/DNS host, other places a domain's DNS records could be accessed:
- if your website is hosted on a website builder like Squarespace or Wix, you might need to add the TXT record into the admin of the website builder
