CaterPay is CaterZen’s integrated payment processing system, built specifically for the catering industry. It allows you to securely accept credit card payments directly inside CaterZen, without needing a separate processor or platform.


It’s simple to use, quick to set up, and helps streamline how you get paid—especially for restaurants and caterers who want to simplify deposits, reduce admin time, and improve cash flow.

  2. Upload Your Required Documents: Upload your documents here


Once your application and documents are submitted, we’ll complete the application on your behalf and send it back for your signature along with a few additional personal details.


Most accounts are approved within 2 business days, as long as all requirements are provided. After that, we’ll schedule a session with our team to review your Processing Settings and walk you through how everything works.
