Overview
CaterZen’s Sales Reports give you a comprehensive view of your catering performance. Each report allows you to analyze sales activity, measure staff productivity, and review financial and marketing performance across your catering operations.
You can filter by date range, location, order type, event type, or employee. Most reports can be emailed directly to you or your team, or downloaded as an Excel file for easy sharing and analysis. Use these reports to monitor growth, improve forecasting, and make informed business decisions.
Sales Activity Report
Track your team’s daily and monthly sales performance, including new leads, quotes, and closed sales. Ideal for reviewing rep productivity, pipeline progress, and close rates.
Companies by Sales Rep Report
View company-level sales organized by assigned sales representatives. Use this report to measure rep performance, identify unassigned accounts, and monitor territory coverage.
Order Totals Report
Export a detailed list of all customer orders within a specific date range. Includes individual order details plus lifetime order totals per customer—helping identify repeat business and high-value clients.
Sales by Event Type Report
Analyze total revenue by event category (e.g., Corporate Lunches, Weddings, Holiday Parties).
Use this report to identify your most profitable event types and plan targeted marketing campaigns.
Sales by SIC Code Report
Review sales performance by industry classification (SIC Code). Helpful for identifying which customer industries generate the most catering revenue and refining your marketing focus.
PLU Sales Report
Break down your sales by Price Look-Up (PLU) code to see which menu items and categories perform best. Perfect for tracking menu performance, pricing, and product popularity.
Coupon Usage Report
View all coupon and promotional code redemptions for a selected date range. Analyze which discounts perform best and how promotions impact total sales.
Loyalty History Report
Track all customer loyalty activity within your CaterZen Loyalty Program, including points earned, redeemed, or adjusted.
Note: This report is not connected to the Tango Loyalty Program — Tango rewards are tracked separately.
Sales Trend Chart Report
Visualize your sales performance over time with trend charts showing total orders and revenue by day, week, or month. Use this report for forecasting, tracking growth, and evaluating seasonal patterns.
Upsell Report
Track which upsell items are being sold most often and how much additional revenue they generate. Use this report to evaluate upsell performance and measure staff engagement.
Upsell Configured Menu Items Report
View all menu items currently configured with upsells in your system.
Ideal for auditing your upsell setup and ensuring menu items have the right add-ons and upgrades.
Sales Commission Report
Review sales, payments, and tips to calculate commissions and payouts. Use this report to ensure commissions or tips are only paid on completed, paid events within your selected date range.

All reports can be downloaded as Excel files or emailed directly from CaterZen.
Most reports include filter options such as date range, location, order type, or employee — remember to check the box beside each filter you wish to use.
