In this article we will go over how to clone your custom quote cover sheet. The custom quote cover sheet is the template that CaterZen created for you when you first turned on your account. CaterZen will create the custom quote cover sheet. If you are wanting to have other quote cover sheets you will need to create these on your account.
1 - Click on the Admin Tab
2 - Scroll down to the Global Settings section and click on the Quotes bubble and then the Manage Your Quote Cover Sheet link.
3 - The list of your Quote Cover Sheets will appear. Remember the cover sheet that is highlighted in Yellow is your Default Cover Sheet (can be called a different name).
CLONE a Quote Cover Sheet (you might choose to clone if you are wanting to use the same graphics for the new quote cover sheet but change the wording):
4 - Click on the Clone icon of the quote cover sheet you want to Clone
5 - A pop up box will appear confirming this is the correct sheet you want to clone. Click on the OK tab
6 - The cloned sheet will now appear with the title CLONE in it.
7 - You can then click Edit icon to make the changes to the sheet.
8 - You can now change the Name of the cover sheet and make the Changes needed for the cover sheet.
9 - When done with all the changes remember to click on the Save This Information tab.
CREATE a Quote Cover Sheet:
10 - Click on the Create New Quote Cover Sheet tab.
11 - A blank page will appear where you can create your New Quote Cover Sheet.
12 - When done with all the changes remember to click on the Save This Information tab.
