In this article we will go over how to custom the wording of the ticket field for the custom order type serve end time and room times.   Please note that you can create custom wording based off the custom order type.  You may to customize the name for your staff.   For example a private room that you have at your facility you may to call it Magnolia Room Start Time.   Another example is when the catering staff needs to arrive.  So you may call that start time, Catering Staff Start Time.

1 - Click on the Admin tab




2 - Scroll down to the Global Settings section and click on the Ticket Templates bubble link




3 - Then click on the Order Sheet Layout link



4 - Scroll towards the bottom of the page and you are looking for:  Serve Time End, Room Time Start, Room Time End



NOTE: We ENCOURAGE  you to move all 3 fields to the top of the page near Serve Time.


5 - To move the ticket fields you will use the up/down arrow icon found on the left side of the page


 


6 - One you have moved the ticket fields then you will want to customize the names of the fields


7 - Click on the Customize Labels tab




8 - This pop up box will appear.




9 - From there you can create a customize name.  NOTE you can create a different name for each Custom Order Type that you have




10 - Click the Save Custom Label tab when done




11 - Repeat this for all 4 fields 


12 - The customize names will appear in your Order Entry tab and Ticket Templates



You have now learned how to create a custom name for the ticket fields for the Serve End time and Room Time.
