In this article we will go over how to send an email, with a link, to your customers to allow them to add a credit card to keep on file.

Here are step by step instructions on how to send an email to request a credit card


1 - Click the CRM tab




2 - Search for the customers name that you want to send the email to request the Credit Card.  Once you find the client's name click on their Name link




3 - Click on the Credit Card icon




4 - You will then see a tab to click to send the request:   Send Card On File Request Email



     *Note if you have multiple locations you can choose to send the request so that the card is stored under that location




5 - You will see a notification that the email has been sent




6 - The customer will then receive the email and upload the card



7 - Once the card has been uploaded by the customer an email will be sent to employees emails that are listed to receive the notifications
