This article will go over the CRM Settings bubble found under the Marketing Settings section under the Admin tab.   This article will discuss the CRM options which will allow you to choose which screen and fields you want to appear in your CRM tab.   It will discuss the Task and Note Subject lines as well.   


1 - Click on the Admin tab




2 - Under the Marketing Settings section click the CRM Settings bubble.




3 - You will see 3 links. 

     A - CMR Options

     B - Task Subject Lines

     C - Note Subject Lines




4 - Below we will discuss each link.


CRM Options link




5 - When you click on the CRM Options link you will see the page below.




6 - This page will allow you to decide if you want the full details page to appear when you click on the CRM tab or if you want the rapid entry page to appear.   You will also have the choice to check off the fields that you want to appear under your CRM rapid entry page.


7 - Default Contact Entry Screen:  You will first want to choose do you want the Rapid Entry fields or the Full Details page to appear.   The Full Details page will have all the fields appear when you are creating a new contact.   The Rapid Entry page will only show the fields that you want to appear when entering in a new contact.




8 - Be sure to click Save when once you have made your choices




Task Subject Lines link


9 - This is where you can add, edit, sort or delete Task subject lines that has been created.  If you do not see a Hide or Delete icon next to the Task subject line name, then this line is a default Task subject line and can not be changed.



10 - To the left of the page is where you can create your Custom Subject line for a task.   Once you have created the custom line click on the Add tab.




11 - You can click the Sort Alphabetically tab and your Subject lines will sort automatically.   You can also choose to manually sort the Subject lines by using the Sort Icon.



12 -  You can choose to Hide a Subject line by using the Hide icon.  



13 - You can choose to Delete a Subject line by using the Delete icon.

14 - This is where you can add, edit, sort or delete Note subject lines that has been created.  



15 - To the left of the page is where you can create your Custom Subject line for a note.   Once you have created the custom line click on the Add tab.
